A large hairy primate of China, perhaps identical with the dzu-teh. the larger type of yeti. Ivan Sanderson, well-known cryptozoologist, had a correspondent who actually claimed to have wrestled with a tok, which had entered his house by night. This occurred twice, so we may be dealing with two toks here. The animal made no resistance, but hastened away. Its hair was jet-black, its head small, its legs straight and its feet pale.
