On This Day in Weird, February 15...
2003: A night watchman employed in "a very remote
area" of northern British Columbia, near the Alberta/Yukon border, claims
he observes a white-furred Sasquatch with golden-yellow eyes, "doing some sort of ceremony" between 2
and 4 a.m. Although 300 yards from the creature, he watched through binoculars
("though not very good ones"). From that, he concluded that the thing
was "meat-eating" and "intelligent."
