1898: Future zoologist and author Maurice Burton born in
London, England. His 28 published books include The Elusive Monster: An
Analysis of the Evidence from Loch Ness (1961).
1967: A motorist reports four or five humanoid beings with
large heads running back and forth across a road near Munroe Falls, Ohio. The
driver strikes one with his car, later finding the bumper dented.
