This is one of those mystery animals of which there is no picture that I can discover. It was reported in 1948 by farmers in Indiana. It was also seen by police officer L. Daniels. He said it was like something out of a horror film. It had long legs, a big head with pointed ears and small eyes. Annoyingly, I cannot trace my source for this creature. However, if you look out the window and see it in your backyard, do get in touch.
This is one of those creatures that I would describe as isolates. It hasn't been reported in numbers - just the one creature. Did it wander in from some other universe or dimension? Is it paranormal? This is the question that must attend all sightings of strange creatures of which only isolated examples are known and which display what we would consider bizarre characteristics. This is especially so in cases where there are multiple witnesses.
