2007: Residents of rural Simpson County, Kentucky, report
finding "a large, white, hairy,
clawed, and horned type gorilla" with "four large fangs" asleep
in their backyard at 1:30 a.m., snoring loudly. They further report that other
local farmers have heard "horses and donkeys being taken down and ripped apart
and screaming," while their own dog has several times "come home
bloody" after chasing the source of loud screeching sounds in the nearby
woods.
