We don't hear much on Snallygaster these days.  At least, I don't.  In the early part of the 20th Century it was giddywalloping around Frederick and Carroll Counties, Maryland, or so it was said.  An article on it appears in Phantoms and Monsters.  Something seems to be going amiss with linking to their site today, but you can find the article at www.phantomsandmonsters.com
