LITTLE PEOPLE

I don't know how widely known this sighting is, but Mrs G. Herbert claimed to have seen men 18" tall on Dartmoor, Devon, England.  This occurred supposedly in 1897.  The Wee Folk associated with Dartmoor are sometimes Pixies.
