Inganess Bay is in the Orkney Islands off the north Scottish coast. During a violent thunderstorm of 1904, a huge monster rose out of the water. The creature was described as having a long, smooth neck. It was too big for a seal. It had large, unblinking eyes and a head like a horse or a cow. It terrified two children who saw it.
