OOGLE-BOOGLE

This name is given to an unknown creature, of which there is said to be a population, in Waterton Lakes on the U.S./Canadian border.  They are said to be long-necked creatures with somewhat bovine heads.  Their backs are supposedly humped.  Each is supposed to have 40 horns, but perhaps prongs are meant.
