KOSOVO WILDMAN

Kosovo is a small state in south-eastern Europe.  Near Kamenica in this country a humanoid was spotted.  It had reddish hair, longer on the head than elsewhere.  It was about 5'6" tall.  Its face and hands were black and the face was flat.
