TRANSLUCENT MANTA RAY

Vanessa Garcia reports that last night (21st March) she and her fiancé were watching the stars when they beheld a translucent manta ray in the sky, executing a swimming like motion.  A firsthand report of such a sighting must surely be noteworthy to the cryptozoologist, especially one made so close to the sighting.
