HORRIFIC TALE OF UNKNOWN CREATURE OR CREATURES

The writer of this piece moved into a neighborhood in Kentucky where no one went outside at night.  He heard frightening noises and saw a bipedal creature.  The neighbors had a convention that they didn't keep animals.  There were no animals nearby on a piece of land that had been controlled by the Government.  A neighbor spoke of strange creatures.  The whole thing reads like a horror story and the writer seems very scared.
