1933: A party of 13 woodsmen claims to see a
"shaggy-appearing human" in the forest near Tillamook Head, Oregon,
where other Bigfoot sightings have also been reported. Curiously, published
sources cite the Visalia Times-Delta newspaper of Tulare County, in
south-central California, as their source for this article—allegedly published
on the same day the sighting allegedly occurred in Oregon, hundreds of miles to the north.
