WEIRD CREATURE IN PUERTO RICO

Puerto Rico seems to abound in strange creatures.  One such was encountered on March 30th, 2013.  Its face, with a sort of canine snout, put one in mind of a bull terrier.  It had batlike wings and its skin generally resembled the skin of that animal.  Its eyes were dark as was its skin.  It had arms as well as wings and legs.  Its feet (it had two) appeared to be clawed.  The witness was a driver named Fernando Diaz.  Details of his sighting are to be found in Albert Rosales' book  Humanoid Encounters 2010-2015.
