On This Day in Weird, July 23...
2013: While driving west of Ogden, Iowa, on County Road E26,
at 11:47 a.m., a motorist and his two young children allegedly observe a
"tall dark figure" walking along at roadside. It veers off and
disappears from sight while they are still 100 yards distant. When questioned
by BFRO investigator Scott Allen, the driver still remains uncertain whether or
not the figure was an animal or "someone up to no good."
