1972: Missouri witnesses identified only as "V. M. and
Tim," two fishermen, allegedly see Sasquatch wade across the Cuivre River
and walk along the bank toward them before they flee. They place the incident
as occurring "near" Cuivre River State Park, encompassing 6,394 acres northeast of Troy, Missouri.
