On This Day in Weird, June 30...
2003: A husband and wife in rural Crawford County, Missouri,
wake late at night to some horrible
screaming behind their house, from a wooded portion of their property. Neither
can identify the sound as anything they've heard before. A nephew subsequently
tells the GCBRO website, "They were intimidated enough to return to bed
without checking it out."
