2008: A seven-year-old boy riding an all-terrain vehicle
through a public park in Carter County, Oklahoma, reports meeting a Sasquatch
around 6:30 p.m. He says the creature was "big and looked sort of like a
monkey with long hair all over it and had a bump on its head." Other
relatives riding ATVs nearby—both children and adults—see nothing, but the
boy's grandfather insists the child "doesn't lie about anything. You can
pretty much always believe him." No physical evidence marks the alleged
encounter site.
