1977: Rudi Grutsch reports a 2:30 a.m. IFP sighting from Langenargen,
near Lake Constance, Germany. He describes hovering, elliptical craft, with two
round-headed humanoids, each about 1 to 1.3 meters tall and having long arms,
visible in bright lights illuminating the area.
