2012: While traveling from Talihina to Octavia, Oklahoma, in Le Flore County, the backseat passenger in a car with four occupants glimpses the silhouette of a tall upright figure on a nearby hillside. Six days later, he reports the incident to the BFRO, saying, "This was not a bear—the shoulders were clearly defined and it looked too large to be a person." In a subsequent interview he describes the alleged Bigfoot as having an "athletic, Olympian swimmer type body—wide shouldered, tapered down to a smaller waist, with long arms." The car's other passengers saw nothing.
