1978: Oregon's McMinnville News-Register newspaper
reports that a single witness has seen Bigfoot on two recent, consecutive
nights, near Newberg, Oregon. According to the witness, the bipedal creature was
about six feet tall, weighed 350 to 450 pounds, covered in dark four-inch hair,
and had a flat face with "square teeth" visible.
