1977: Several unnamed witnesses report seeing an
"almost human" biped near Natchez, Mississippi. They say the creature
is over six feet tall, covered with hair, and walks with a limp. Although
"seeming curious," it growls at one of their dogs. Investigating
officers report finding large footprints, broken tree limbs and unspecified
"other evidence that something was in the area."
