200: A workman in rural Lee County, Florida, hears "what
sounded like an owl" and turned toward the sound, followed quickly by a
second vocalization. He does not observe the source of either sound, but concludes
that "I was hearing what might
have been the very thing I had been hoping to see since I was a child in
Alabama"—i.e., Bigfoot. He subsequently describes the sounds as "two
very distinct hoots like the one in the Sierra recordings."
