1984: A nocturnal driver and his brother experience a
"bad feeling" at a rural crossroads in Ontario, Canada, then see "a large apelike creature" crossing the
road in front of their car. The driver is so frightened he drives in reverse
for a mile at high speed to escape. Later, he estimated the thing was seven
feet tall, with "almost human" features, weighing about 400 pound and
covered in "dark non-shiny hair." He specifically recalls "dark
eyes [with] no white."
