1954: Henri Gallois and Louis Vigneron of Clamecy, in the
Nievre Department of France, report a 4:30 a.m. UFO sighting while en route to
a local fair. They claim three "small figures" entered the craft
before it took off, leaving both men in a state of shock and paralysis with
their car lights and engine momentarily dead.
