1974: Madame Le Bihan of Riec-sur-Belon, in the Finistere
Department of France, reports sighting a "brilliantly lighted"
dome-shaped UFO with portholes, swaying back and forth near ground level.
Nearby, three stocky humanoids with round heads and silver outfits, each about 5½
feet tall, walk "heavily," rocking back and forth as they move.
