The Weird Weekend 2015 is now over and everyone who took part is recovering. There were some fascinating lectures this year and in due course details will appear on the CFZ UK website (www.cfz.org.uk). Jonathan Downes, grand panjandrum of the CFZ, seemed reasonably pleased and we were informed that next year there will be two Weird Weekends - the normal one and Weird Weekend North, hosted by Glen Vaudry in April. Jon told us it was his ultimate intention to have a US Weird Weekend, which should attract a considerable following. He's even hoping to have one in Australia some day.
Above you see Lars Thomas, who gave us a fascinating lecture on microcryptozoology, or, if you prefer, bugs that might exist.
Here you see Jessica Taylor, Jonathan's new office assistant,
who is a paragon of efficiency.
