BLACK FLAMINGO IN CYPRUS

At the Akrotiri Salt Lake in Cyprus, a black flamingo has been reported.  Most flamingos are, of course, pink.  This may be the only black flamingo in the world.  The literature seems to be vague about the existence of any other black flamingos' being seen in the past.
