DEVILS HOLE PUPFISH LAYS EGGS

Kept in a special sanctuary, a number of these nearly extinct piscids have been kept in safety in a shelter at Devils Hole,  Nevada.  Now, one has started to lay eggs, indicating they may not be on the highway to extinction.
