KAMPFMÖNCH

I see that in the town of Rottweil (Baden-Wurtemberg) Germany, a strange hooded figure has been seen walking about the place.  Parents are frightened for schoolchildren with this wanderer, known as the Kampfmönch, in the vicinity and some children aren't too happy either.  His wanderings have caused some of them to have nightmares.  He doesn't appear to have done any harm, however, a fact pointed out by the Police Chief in the town.
