Ratcliffe 'chupacabra'

The so-called Ratcliffe chupacabra has been euthanized, due to the advice of a number of bodies, on the grounds that it was a possible danger to animals and pets roundabout.  As we pointed out yesterday, this animal is not the same as the chupacabra of Puerto Rico.  A necropsy will not be carried out to determine if it is a new species, as the Powers That Be seem to have have already decided that it isn't.
