DO YOU LIVE IN BURLINGTON (IOWA)?

I have a report of a Dragon, no less, being seen by a couple in Burlington (Iowa).  It had bat-like wings and looked somewhat like the traditional Chinese dragon.  However, I have no name for the couple who claim to have seen it or the date of the encounter.  Perhaps someone could enlighten me.
