JAGUARUNDIS TO RETURN TO TEXAS?

The US Fish and Wildlife Service seems to be thinking of reintroducing jaguarundis the the Rio Grande Valley in Texas, where, as far as is known, this beautiful cat has died out.  I say as far as is known, as there may still be the odd one lurking there.
