ARKANSAS DOGMAN ENCOUNTER

The Dogmen get around.  Do Dogmen actually constitute a species of what might be called  "unknown animals" or have they human intelligence?  Or are increasing reports of Dogmen at least partially due to a kind of collective hysteria?  The encounterer here had never heard of Dogman before.
